Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of PriceDesk, a product of Pytches Advisory, LLC. By creating an account you agree to them. We've kept them in plain English on purpose.

The service

PriceDesk is a quoting calculator. You enter your own rates and the product calculates prices from the numbers and dimensions you give it. It does the math; the business decisions are yours.

Trial and billing

• New accounts get a free 14-day trial. No credit card is required to start.
• After the trial, PriceDesk costs $39 per month, billed through Stripe.
• If your trial ends and you don't subscribe, your account goes read-only. We don't delete your configuration or your quote history.
• You can cancel anytime from your billing page. No contracts, no cancellation fees.
• When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.

Your quotes are estimates

PriceDesk calculates prices from the rates and dimensions you enter. You're responsible for the rates you set, the quotes you send, and the contracts you make with your customers. We aren't a party to your jobs and we don't guarantee any quote is right for any particular job or site condition.

Your data

Your rates, your business name, and your quotes belong to you. We host them so the product works. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Acceptable use

Don't abuse the service: no attempts to break in, scrape other people's data, resell access, or use PriceDesk for anything illegal. We can suspend accounts that do.

Availability and changes

We work to keep PriceDesk fast and available, but we can't promise zero downtime. We may improve or change features over time. If we ever discontinue the service, we'll give you reasonable notice to export your data.

Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, PriceDesk is provided "as is", and our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
