Privacy Policy

PriceDesk is made by Pytches Advisory, LLC ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information we collect when you use pricedesk.app and app.pricedesk.app, and what we do with it. The short version: we collect what we need to run the product, and your rates are your business.
What we collect
- Account information. Your email address, business name, and phone number if you provide it.
- Your pricing configuration. The rates, job types, and charges you enter to set up your calculator.
- Quotes. The quotes you create, so your quote history works.
- Billing information. Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- Basic usage data. Standard server logs, such as IP address and pages visited, used to keep the service running and secure.
What we do with it
We use your information to run PriceDesk: signing you in, showing your calculator, saving your quotes, billing your subscription, and answering your messages. That's it.
What we never do
- We never sell your personal information.
- We never share your rates or quotes with other contractors or anyone else.
- We never send you marketing on behalf of third parties.
Who helps us run it
PriceDesk runs on a small set of service providers that process data on our behalf: Supabase (database and login), Netlify (hosting), Stripe (payments), and Resend (emails like login links). Each processes only what it needs to do its job.
How long we keep it
Your data stays in your account as long as the account exists, including through an expired trial, so everything is exactly where you left it if you come back. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete your data within 30 days, except records we have to keep for tax or legal reasons.
Your choices
You can see and edit your information in the app. You can ask us for a copy of your data or ask us to delete it by emailing support@pricedesk.app.
Changes
If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we'll note it here and update the date at the top.
